Wedding Day:

• Duration: Enjoy a relaxing 75-minute appointment at your chosen location on the day of your wedding. Our experienced makeup artist will arrive fully equipped to create your dream bridal look, tailored to your preferences and style.

Trial Appointment:

• Duration: Prior to your wedding day, indulge in a 90-minute trial appointment at a location of your choice. This session allows us to collaborate closely with you, experimenting with different makeup styles and products until we find the perfect match that enhances your natural beauty and complements your wedding attire.

Communication:

• Unlimited Support: We believe in providing personalized attention and support throughout your bridal journey. Benefit from unlimited email and phone communication leading up to your wedding day, ensuring all your questions are answered and any concerns are addressed promptly.

Lashes:

• Strip Lashes: Both your trial appointment and wedding day makeup session include the application of strip lashes, adding the perfect finishing touch to your bridal look and enhancing the beauty of your eyes.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

• To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% is required on the day of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled with a minimum of 60 days’ notice. Please note that if cancellation occurs within the 60-day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Travel:

• Travel Fees: For bridal parties requiring our services outside of Victoria, additional travel fees may apply to cover time, gas, parking, ferry, and accommodation expenses if necessary. Rest assured, we are delighted to travel anywhere on the island to serve you on your special day.
  • Mill Bay and Beyond: Travel fees are calculated at a rate of $1 per kilometer beyond the Mill Bay area.
